Led Litter Picks
Beyond Recycling Swansea holds fortnightly litter picks leaving from the Environment Centre at 10:00 on every other Wednesday. To find out the next litter pick check out our events page.
We set off at around 10 o'clock before returning at 12 for tea, coffee, biscuits and a natter. These litter picks focus on areas local to the Environment Centre and will go to locations on foot, we are always open to suggestions for places to pick! Litter Picking Hub
Borrow equipment for free
The Environment Centre is thrilled to be a Keep Wales Tidy Litter Picking Hub! Our hub will loan litter-picking equipment to help you and your community look after the local environment.
The equipment we keep includes litter pickers, hoops, hi-vis vests and bin bags. We’ll also provide all the necessary health and safety guidance, insurance and information on how to go get the litter collected by the council. The equipment is loaned free of charge and is funded by the Welsh Government.
