The Environment Centre has rooms available for hire on weekdays and evenings. Each room varies in its style and we are always willing to help you find the setup that most benefits your event.  More details about each room can be found below, for any further information contact our bookings team

We can arrange the following services for your event. Please make your requirements clear on booking. Our team are always happy to help.
Digital Projector, Laptop, OHP, Slide Projector, White Screen, Flipchart, TV / DVD Player, CD Player, Wi-Fi. All of our equipment is FREE to use, you just need to book it in advance.
We use local caterers who cater for a variety of budgets and diets. They can also source local, organic and Fairtrade produce on request. We provide all the crockery, cups and cutlery, and never use “disposables”. Prices from £3.95 + VAT plus a 50p clear up fee per head.
Fairtrade and organic tea and coffee can be provided at a charge of either 80p per cup or £1.90 per head for unlimited cups all day.
