Food

The way you eat can have a huge impact on the environment and the world around you. In this day and age, supermarkets and restaurant chains make it very convenient to grab food without considering where it is sourced from. Meat comes in sterile plastic packaging, and fruit and veg are stacked neatly on the shelf, all monotonously perfect shapes and sizes. But this isn’t natural, is it? Considering what you put in your stomach and making a few changes can make a big difference, to an animal’s life experience, to methane levels and climate change, and also to your own health.

These videos and links will give you an insight into the food industry of today, and will hopefully help you to make better choices of what to put on your plate in the future.
