Mindfulness: Taster Session @ The Environment Centre, 29th November

mindfulness

Mindfulness is all about living in a way that supports us to get the most out of life – to live fully, rather than just survive. Learning mindfulness has been shown to help with managing stress, anxiety and low mood. Many people feel that being more mindful helps them to be aware of the natural world and to have a greater appreciation of the environment. Growing a more mindful way of being in life requires commitment, training and lots of practice.

Come along to this taster session to find out how to begin with Sarah Millband, a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, find out more about Sarah here  The session will be at 5.30pm – 7pm on 29th November 2017 at the Environment Centre, £10 per person / £8 conc.
